    <description>With regards to susan shelleys comments that the area will become a housing areas for &quot;druggies&quot; i hope for everyones sake this is not the case.  I note that there have been comments made with regard to lower income ownership.  Therfore these house will be owner occupied? i hope that there will be an infringement against inverstors buying to rent out? as we are a family i would like to think that it will be fairly priced &amp; not simply a lot of the courtyard type homes? these are frequenting Adelaide too much - open space is important, but to house families there needs to be gardens, not bricks that give access to driveways.</description>
